English: WearJo provides a SaaS platform for creating and managing online clothing stores. The service includes: an online store, control panel, product and order management, and marketing tools.
عربي: الاشتراكات تُجدَّد تلقائياً ما لم يتم الإلغاء قبل 24 ساعة من تاريخ التجديد. رسوم الاشتراك غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد التفعيل وفق سياسة الخدمات الرقمية.
English: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date. Subscription fees are non-refundable after activation per digital services policy.
عربي: يلتزم المستخدم بعدم استخدام المنصة لأغراض غير مشروعة، ونشر محتوى مضلل أو مسيء، أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية لأطراف أخرى.
English: Users are obligated not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, publish misleading or offensive content, or infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
عربي: جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للمنصة (الكود، التصميم، العلامة التجارية) محفوظة لـ UrdunTech. يحتفظ المستخدمون بملكية محتواهم الخاص (المنتجات، الصور).
English: All intellectual property rights of the platform (code, design, trademark) are reserved by UrdunTech. Users retain ownership of their own content (products, images).
عربي: لا تتحمل WearJo مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو الخسائر التجارية الناتجة عن استخدام أو عدم إمكانية استخدام المنصة. الحد الأقصى للمسؤولية هو قيمة الاشتراك الشهري المدفوع.
English: WearJo is not liable for indirect damages or business losses resulting from use or inability to use the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the monthly subscription paid.
عربي: يحق لـ WearJo إنهاء أو تعليق الحساب فوراً في حال انتهاك هذه الشروط. يحق للمستخدم إلغاء اشتراكه في أي وقت من لوحة التحكم.
English: WearJo reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend an account in case of violation of these terms. Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the control panel.
عربي: تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. أي نزاع يُحال إلى المحاكم المختصة في عمّان، الأردن.
English: These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts in Amman, Jordan.
