ملاحظة مهمة: هذه السياسة تخص منصة WearJo كمزوّد خدمة SaaS. كل متجر على المنصة يضع سياسة شحن وإرجاع خاصة به يمكنك الاطلاع عليها في صفحة المتجر المعني.
Important: This policy applies to WearJo as a SaaS platform provider. Each store on the platform sets its own shipping and returns policy, available on the respective store's page.
1. اشتراكات المنصة · Platform Subscriptions
عربي: اشتراكات منصة WearJo هي خدمات رقمية تُفعَّل فور الدفع. لا يمكن استرداد رسوم الاشتراك بعد تفعيل الخدمة وفقاً لطبيعة الخدمات الرقمية غير القابلة للإرجاع.
English: WearJo platform subscriptions are digital services activated immediately upon payment. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated, in accordance with the nature of non-returnable digital services.
2. استثناءات الاسترداد · Refund Exceptions
عربي: يحق للمشترك طلب استرداد كامل خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاشتراك الأول إذا لم يتمكن من استخدام الخدمة بسبب خلل تقني موثّق من طرف المنصة. يُقدَّم الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي.
English: Subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription if they are unable to use the service due to a documented technical fault on the platform's end. Requests must be submitted via official email.
3. طلبات المتاجر (العملاء النهائيون) · Store Orders (End Customers)
عربي: WearJo هي منصة تقنية وليست البائع المباشر للمنتجات. كل متجر مسجّل على المنصة مسؤول بشكل كامل عن سياسة الشحن والإرجاع الخاصة به تجاه عملائه. يُرجى مراجعة سياسة المتجر الذي تشتري منه مباشرةً.
English: WearJo is a technology platform and not the direct seller of products. Each store registered on the platform is fully responsible for its own shipping and returns policy toward its customers. Please review the policy of the store you are purchasing from directly.
4. وقت التسليم · Delivery Time
تسليم خلال 24 ساعة من أي مكان · Delivery within 24 hours from anywhere
عربي: تلتزم متاجر WearJo بتسليم الطلبات خلال 24 ساعة من تأكيد الطلب، بغض النظر عن موقع العميل داخل المملكة الأردنية.
English: WearJo stores are committed to delivering orders within 24 hours of order confirmation, regardless of the customer's location within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
5. أمان الدفع · Payment Security
عربي: تلتزم منصة WearJo بمعايير PCI-DSS لحماية بيانات بطاقات الدفع. جميع المعاملات المالية مشفّرة بتقنية SSL/TLS. لا تُخزَّن بيانات البطاقات على خوادمنا.
English: WearJo complies with PCI-DSS standards for payment card data protection. All financial transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS. Card data is never stored on our servers.
